We would like to introduce our newest orthopedic doctor in our Bellevue practice, Dr. Christopher Boone!
Meet Dr. Boone — Orthopedic Doctor Bellevue
Dr. Boone’s special interests include complex fracture care including upper extremity fractures, lower extremity fractures and fractures of the pelvis and acetabulum as well as non-unions, mal-unions and infections. Dr. Boone has extensive experience in the care of all types of fractures as well as treatment of the multi-traumatized patient. Dr. Boone is a fellowship trained Orthopedic surgeon specializing in complex fracture care as well as disorders of the hip and pelvis.
Dr. Boone has also been a productive research scientist, presenting his work at national meetings and publishing articles in national and international medical journals.
Dr. Boone has strong ties in the Northwest. After playing two years of collegiate basketball, he finished his undergraduate degree in Biology at Western Washington University in Bellingham. He attended medical school at the University of Washington in Seattle and then completed his orthopedic residency at Beaumont Hospital in Michigan. After residency Dr. Boone went on to complete subspecialty training in Traumatology and Hip and Pelvic Reconstruction at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.
Outside of work, Dr. Boone’s interests include skiing and the occasional basketball pickup game. He and his wife Carmen, also a native Washingtonian and longtime member of the Washington wine community, live in Redmond and spend much of their free time playing with their two boys.
