Daniel Lane, PA-C
Dan Lane is a native of Maryland and received his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Photography from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. After working for eight years in the academic, research, and clinical settings as a medical photographer, he returned to school, earning a Master of Science degree in Health Sciences from The George Washington University’s Physician Assistant Program in Washington, DC. He and his wife relocated to the area, her childhood home, to be close to family and take advantage of the opportunity to practice medicine in such a beautiful part of the country.
Dan works closely with Dr. Battaglia and Dr. Brown, diagnosing and treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions. As a certified Physician Assistant practicing in orthopedics and licensed by the state of Washington, he is able obtain detailed medical histories, perform comprehensive orthopedic physical exams, prescribe medications, perform aspirations and injections of joints and soft tissues, treat minor injuries, order and interpret lab tests and diagnostic imaging exams, counsel patients during treatment planning, and provide in-depth patient education for surgical and non-surgical conditions.
Dan and his wife have two beautiful daughters and enjoy spending as much time as possible outdoors.
