Bellevue orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Eric Clark is a native of the Seattle area and graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine. He has a particular interest in Arthritis Surgery and after completing general Orthopedic Surgical training, he went on to study Total Joint Replacement at Harvard Medical School.
His subspecialty training focused on new developments in reconstructive surgery for the treatment of painful conditions of large joints, both in the upper and lower extremities. During his tenure on the academic staff at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, he gained experience with particularly complex problems affecting the hip, knee, and shoulder.
Since returning to Seattle, he has enjoyed a general orthopedic surgical practice, including a wide range of Sports Medicine/Arthroscopic Techniques, while maintaining a special interest in Total Joint Replacement and other reconstructive surgical procedures.
